    Mat works as described. Feels heavy duty and easy on the knees (dense rubbery-foam).

    Beautiful and Velvety Mat – Great Grip and Lovely Design!

    It looks so beautiful. It has a velvety feel on the upper surface and rubber mat below and there's a carry strap with it. I use it to do all sorts of yoga including ashtanga and I find the grip is very good. I've noticed that on the mat there are arrows so I place the mat to have the arrows pointing forward - not sure if this make a difference to grip or not though. Would recommend and would love to get more if I needed more, but I don't!

    Lives Up to the Claim - No Slip During Hot Yoga

    I take hot yoga multiple times a week and this mat lives up to its claim that it doesn't slip. It's got moderate cushioning and not too heavy. I highly recommend it!
