Beautiful Travel Mat.
This is a great mat for travel and for my living room rug, which is scratchy otherwise. I did originally purchase it for use during hot yoga, but it does NOT offer traction/stick. I think it is beautiful and good for stretching and light yoga. Great for travel because of ease of material (like folding up and packing a beach towel). *but I would not recommend this mat for hot classes, my hands will slide during down dog on this mat even at room temperature.

Perfect for Hot Hatha Yoga – Just Add a Little Moisture for Extra Grip!
I love this yoga mat. It is so beautiful to look at and use. I did hot Hatha and this was perfect for that environment. Caution: This may is for hot yoga and will be very slippery if not used in a humid room. If you do plan on using it for normal yoga or stretching, use a spray bottle filled with water to moisten the mat and create grip.

Great Price and Perfect for Hot Yoga - Love the Grounded Feel
I love it. The price is right, it looks good and is great for hot yoga. Plus, I can throw it in the (front loaded) washing machine. I don't recommend it if you need more cushion. My last mat was expensive (over $100) and thick (it ripped in the washer). I thought I preferred it until I got this one. Turns out I like the feeling of being grounded with this mat.

Perfect Gifts for My Yoga Friends!
The mats arrived in great condition. I certainly love the look of all three of my new Yoga Design Lab Combo Yoga Mats. They are to be gifts to my yoga friends and I'm sure they will love them.

Feels Like Practicing Yoga on a Cloud – Perfect Support!
I've been using this mat now for some three weeks in Ashtanga and Yinyasa yoga classes and I absolutely love it! It is so perfectly soft to touch, unlike the horrible rubber feel of other mats, that you feel like practicing yoga on a cloud. Sure, as many have said before, it is a bit slippery at the beginning of the class, until you work up some sweat or at least heat in your palms, but that will only make you work your down dogs harder. After you are through your first round of sun salutations, you see that it gives perfect support. It rolls up and unfolds so easily and stays glued to the floor during the whole class. No matter how long you keep it rolled up, the ends never stand up from the floor. The textile band you get for carrying it is perfect. Couldn't be more in love with this mat!

Vibrant and Grippy: My Go-To Mat for All Practices
Not only is this mat beautiful with its vibrant hues, it's perfect! I am not using it for hot yoga but have been using it for core power as well as power yoga so yes, the more you sweat the sticker the grip gets. I simply dampen my hands and balls of my feet for a better earlier grip or spritz some water on the mat if I take a bit longer to break out in that full concentrating sweat.Would highly recommend to anyone who has been searching for the "perfect" mat. This is about the 5th brand I've used and by far my favorite.

Decent No-Slip Mat – Soft and Light!
I'm 5'6" and it's just long enough that I have about half a foot of mat outside of my feet and my head. The no-slip aspect is decent. It's not as grippy as a Jade mat is at first, but as it gets damp, you get slightly more grip. The fabric-like surface is really nice. It feels like a microfiber towel. And is this an tangent, but it smelled like matcha tea when I first used it, so that was cool. The mat itself is relatively light; it rolls up easily and when I roll it out, it lies flat. The strap it comes with is nice and basic. Long enough that I can put it over my back like a messenger bag but short enough that it doesn't get annoying. The pattern is so pretty. I got the "Dreamscape" pattern. Kind of looks like tie dye or ink clouds. It's lovely, and it kind of divides my mat into thirds, so that makes it easy to figure out where to be for certain poses.I haven't washed it yet. I've been hanging it up after practice and spraying it with witch hazel. I feel unsure about how it will do in the wash, but other reviewers are confident.
