HIGH QUALITY!!! beautiful print. But very heavy to carry. Just be aware about the weight! If you leave it at home it is perfect but if you want to travel make sure you are aware of his weight!

If you prefer normally paced classes the mat is still great if you spray it with a bit of water. Amazing quality and no unpleasant smell of plastic and chemicals what so ever.Over all awesome experience working with Yoga Design Lab.

The most beautiful yoga mat ever. It's so soft and velvety but without being slippery. I'm a yoga beginner and don't sweat much but it's still a great grip. The print is beautiful and great quality. Have gotten so many compliments for this mat and I can't recommend it enough.

This matter is lovely! I had been worried the surface wouldn't be grippy enough for the more energetic hot yoga classes, at least not in the early stages when I hadn't yet worked up a sweat, but having read other reviews I sprayed the mat lightly (water, witch hazel & a few drops of essential oils) before starting. This gives the mat grip from the start - as well as making it smell delightful. It sticks to the studio floor like it's glued down, so no slippage there either, and there's no longer any need for a separate towel (which only wrinkled up anyway). It's also nicely squishy underfoot but above all it's a total joy to look at! I wouldn't have thought just unrolling a mat could bring such enjoyment before any yoga had even commenced but it's really a simple little pleasure all on its own. If you're not sure about whether to go ahead and get one (I know, it's not cheap and you could get four crumby normal mats for this) but really I don't think you'll regret taking the plunge!

Absolutely love my mat! The design is beautiful. I only started doing yoga in January this year and it took me ages to decide on the right mat as Im definitely not a yogi pro so had no idea on which mat is suitable but this is perfect. I chose it based on it'a pretty design & other peoples reviews.I just use it at home (so not hot) and so far so good, I've not had any slips :) once I get a bit better I'm going to purchase some other bits from YDL too xx

I LOVE this mat!! It is soft and lite in weight. It cleans up nicely. I use it for hot and regular yoga.

This is the best quality mat I have found in my 20 years of practice. I never slip, my hands and feet feel supported, unlike every other mat I've tried. The colours are vibrant and nourishing. I love these mats, and as a yoga teacher I recommend them to everyone. Most of my students have purchased them and love them too!! The best products on the market and they are GREEN which is what initially attracted me to this brand. No chemicals or toxins. They are beautiful conscious mats!!

Love my new mat. It's soft enough to protect lower back and knees, and much easier to grip. It is quite a heavy mat, but the company does offer 2 lighter versions and I opted for the thickest version. It's also machine washable which is ideal. Plus it's like a little patch of sunshine in the yoga studio. Highly recommended and the company have been very diligent in following up to make sure I'm happy with my purchase.
