    Dries quickly.... (I do a lot of HIIT sweaty sessions), grip is great with sweaty hands, very lightweight for travelling with ...the 1mm versions are suitable for travelling...but most importantly it doesn't slip ever however intense my exercise becomes. Invest in it...it will be the best yoga mat you buy. Honest!

    I love this mat. Ideal for travelling and for covering gym mats for hygiene purposes. No sliding and although think provides some cushioning. Bought this to use at my beach condo. Loved it so much I left it there and bought another one when I got home.

    Huge Upgrade From My Old Mat – Perfect Grip and Beautiful Design!

    I finally upgraded from a standard 3mm cheap mat to this and there is such a difference, once damp I have a great grip, the thickness is perfect and the mat is really really pretty. I am so happy :)
