I got my beautiful mat quickly and I love it!Very lightweight!

I love the mats from Yoga Design. Lab. They have such beautiful patterns and have been awesome for hot yoga. You have to spritz them down with water so you don't slip. I have had days where I've sweat so much that it just pooled and then it was like a slip and slide. As per YDL's website the mat has reached max absorption. Just towel that part off and you're good to go again. I have the regular 3.5mm thick mat and also purchased 2 more travel mats for myself and the full sized yoga towel. I plan on getting another as a gift. They're super easy to clean. I wipe them down regularly and throw it (by itself) into my front loading machine in cold water on delicate with a very mild detergent. Always air dry. I have noticed some fibers fraying at the edges and have seen it on other people's mats as well. I just take a lighter and, very quickly and lightly, slide it along the edge to seal it.

I have only had my mat for a couple of weeks but so far love it. I do fitness and yoga classes in an infrared hot studio. You have to spray the mat before class. Stays grippy for entire class

I love this mat for a sweaty workout. It's got plenty of cushion for high impact. The fabric allows for a no-slip grip without the sticky feeling of a normal yoga mat. They recommend getting the mat damp before use, and I agree with that instruction. It's also machine washable, but I do run it through an extra spin cycle so the rubber dries better.

Got this mat so I could have something with me since I travel without a car and spend night's at my boyfriend's house. If I put it over my foam mat it gives extra support and keeps me from sinking in and provides a layer of protection where I won't scratch my foam mat. It's nice to spray essential oil water on it.

I'm beginner and new to Yoga and the mat I originally bought would slip when I started perspiring. This mat appears not to slip so I'm happy and can focus on holding the pose instead of worrying about slipping.

Got this for my girlfriend and she loves it. Very soft and is washable. Good Price for the value.
