Very firm and works so well for menstrual cramp poses. I love taking it to class with me. It works well for poses needing a bolster. Like I said it is very firm. I love it.

Premium Bolster - Look No Further
I initially bought a less expensive bolster, then was disappointed when it arrived and was very squishy and unsupportive. Immediately sent it back and ordered this (just slightly more expensive) one, which is exactly what I wanted: firm, covered in a solid canvas-like cloth, and very much (if not exactly) like the ones at my favorite studio. Hugger Mugger for the win!

Excellent Investments
I have never been disappointed with Hugger Mugger props. They are expensive and I only purchase as a special treat when I can afford it, but they are lifetime investments that last through regular use, never sag or need to be replaced like cheaper yoga props. I have beautiful Hugger Mugger bolsters and straps.
