The Standard Yoga Bolster is a great size to start with if you are new to yoga bolsters. This multi-purpose bolster has a rectangular shape with a flat top and bottom for stability.

Best Purchase For My Yoga Journey

Supportive And Well Crafted
This is my first bolster as I recently got into restorative yoga. It is so well crafted, solid and supportive. Bonus that it is hand-crafted in the US! Not that I need another one, but I love it so much and I feel like I would use additional bolsters in my practice, so I'm thinking of getting another one right away. Thank you, Hugger Mugger team!

Amazing Fabric and Color, Excellent Firmness
Love this-my fiance even thinks that this is a couch cushion-just stunning (Midnight Flurry). The one problem is the fabric is a bit scratchy. I assume this will go down after use.
