    I love my YDL mat. It is very comfortable and durable. I don't slip and slide around the mat during my practice. I would definitely purchase again.

    Anti-Slip Grip: My New Favorite Yoga Mat

    The anti-slip really works! No more sliding and slipping in warrior and downdog poses, perfect grip! I use it on top of the gym mat instead of a mat towel. Despite how thin it is, it's quite heavy compare to a cheap plastic mat.

    This mat has taken my practice to a while new level. Because it's not as grippy as a traditional yoga mat, it really helps me focus on muscle engagement in poses. If I get tired, just wet the mat, and it's grippy!

    This is a great mat. It does need to be a little damp for the "stick" to happen but that's expected for this kind of mat. The design is beautiful and great quality. It's quite thin so if you have sensitive knees this is probably not the mat for you.

    Beautiful design. Doesn't slip in hot yoga. :) Need to be careful with fluffy fabric as it can scratch.
