I love the aesthetic of the mat, the thickness and the support. The mat is super grippy, even when I sweat buckets. I'm still trying to figure out if I need to use a mat towel or not, but I definitely don't need one the whole 90 minutes of class. Overall, a beautiful and durable mat!

I love this mat! It is so luxurious feeling when I practice. I was nervous that it would be slippery based on some other reviews but it is actually very grippy right out of the package unlike some other mats that take a bit of breaking in. I do bring a teeny spray bottle to class and give it a light misting before we start to increase the grip and as I heat up (in a regular vinyasa class, not a hot yoga class) it feels even better on the matt. It is like practicing on a suede pillow. I also really dig the simple pattern I bought, it's distinct and beautiful but not too loud amongst the basic mats surrounding it. As I move, my body makes soft patterns on it too that change and get wiped away at the end. I am so pleased and I would highly recommend this mat!

I love this mat! I will say that I teach both hot yoga and vinyasa flow yoga. If I am not participating in a hot class, you do not stick to the mat as well. The directions suggest you spray down the mat with water, and I would agree. However, If you are taking a hot class it will grip almost immediately. I love that it is washable and it is very thick and comfortable for savasana. It is also a little longer than my old mat, which I appreciate because I am almost 5'8 so I can stick way off of the mat.

It took me a lot of time and research to choose a new yoga mat, and I'm so happy with this one. I don't have any slippage in my poses and it's super soft (very different to the rubbery mats I'm used to). It's a bit heavier than I would've liked, but not a deal breaker for me.

I've been using Yoga Design Combo Mat for a few years now. I love that it's very gripping. My hands and feet sweat a lot even if I'm not in a hot yoga class, and this one provides great absorbency. It's super soft to the touch, the designs are all beautiful. It's not super light to carry BUT this also means it doesn't slide around on the floor when you're practicing asana. I also own the travel mat and that's the one to take on your travels. This one is my daily got-to.

I LOVE this mat. It's thin but supportive and really soft. The design is beautiful and makes me happy to use it. Very grippy when your hands get sweaty and it comes with a carry strap too.

This mat is phenomenal. I've given it a full year before leaving a review, and it has absolutely nailed it. I do hot yoga three times a week, and before getting this mat I hated it - I get really, really, REALLY sweaty, and I'd always just slip and slide all over the place. Even a yoga towel didn't cut it - I'd drench it, and it would slip too.This has completely solved all those problems. It's super comfy and pretty and fluffy - a bit like fake suede - but as soon as you sweat, you stick to it. Like, properly stick. Even at the end of a class when it's soaking (sorry) it still does the job. It's also light, easy to roll, doesn't take up much room and is easy to carry around. Also, while I do wash it I've found that even when I skip a couple of classes, it doesn't smell. A year of sweat and its still going strong. Easily the best investment I've ever made in yoga accessories.
