SO happy with my purchase!! I've been using my mat every day at yoga. Gorgeous coloring, it's super soft and changes colors when you touch it which I like. Solid, durable and very well made. Doesn't seem to slip and is supposed to do well with hot yoga too.

I absolutely love this yoga mat! One of the main reasons I held off on investing in a quality yoga mat was simply because the majority of the mats available looked so generic to me, even the high end ones like Lululemon. Not only are these designs beautiful and enticing, but the mat itself truly functions as it's intended to. I was originally searching for a yoga towel to secure over my mat for hot yoga, but after finding this it just seemed to be the most sensible solution. I also like that it's‚Äã eco-friendly.The first time bringing it to my hot yoga class, I was initially a little skeptical... My first impression of the material was that it was so soft and velvety I half expected myself to slip during a pose. It is not at all what I am used to practicing on compared to the traditional rubbery-type mats. The instructions do mention to moisten the mat a bit if your hands/feet are dry, so I did a quick, light spray with what I previously used as my yoga mat cleanser (some water & essential oils), and instantly found firm footing and a solid grip right from the beginning of the class.The mat is super supportive, cushioned, has an even more solid grip to the ground than a traditional yoga mat, and provides an impressive stability to any sweaty limb on your body. Not only was I not slipping during poses, but my sweat and the weight of my body didn't cause me to nudge an inch either like I normally would with other mats. Yet at the same time, the surface is sleek and silky enough that my hands and toes glide effortlessly from one pose to the next with no friction, which allowed me to loosen into my flow.I don't often (-- ever, rather) write reviews, but this mat has enhanced my yoga experience in so many pleasant and subtle ways that I would most definitely recommend it to anyone! It is well worth the price. I love that it allows me to focus on feeling my way into the poses rather than focusing on trying not to slip and slide out of it! I definitely see myself using thi.

Beautiful mat, feels luxurious, and it's nice and long. Effective against slipping, loving the mat so far! Already bought one for my Mom and now bought one for myself!

So far I LOVE this mat. I've used it 6 times now for both Bikram and vinyasa flow and with or without profuse sweat I stick to it with no sliding. Its soft and comfortable with plenty of padding. I had a Giam mat and towel combo that I'd use before and the towel would constantly bunch up and I'd have to adjust it (because I'm super anal) during my practice which was really distracting. This mat is a HUGE improvement - no towel necessary. AND you can machine wash it! I have washed mine once and it held up just fine.

Love it - never going back to regular yoga mats! Note that it's rather heavy though.
