I really love this mat! I teach yoga and wanted to find the right balance between price, comfort, weight,grip and resilience. This ticks all the boxes, and it looks and feels beautiful too! It is a bit slidy until you get a bit of a sweat on, but the advice is to spray the mat lightly with water before hand which is a bit of a pain, so if you find that your chosen style of yoga is particularly calm and you rarely work up a glow, then this might not be the mat for you, or bring a spray bottle with you.

I've been using this mat for a couple of months now, and I'm verry happy with it. Since I have sweaty palms and feet, the mat is helping a lot.On the other hand it's really thin so it can be challenging if you have sensitive joints.

Loved this mat as soon as I saw it. It is so beautiful and it works great. It is actually thinner and lighter than the other mat that I own so it is easier to lug around to my class and it is convenient that I don't have to bring a towel as well.
