Very grounded mat,yet upbeat happy colors! Perfect blend!

This mat is great for hot yoga! I've only used it once but the stickiness was perfect for a good grip but the surface of the mat is also smooth enough to allow for easy transitions between poses. The sweatier I got, the stickier the mat got. It does have a faint rubbery smell when your face is right against it but definitely tolerable and should go away after use. I didn't find it too heavy to carry to class either. I would definitely recommend this mat for hot yoga.

Finally a travel mat that is foldable, light and on which you don't slide all time during downward facing dog. Beautiful texture, nice grip if you are on wood floor. I have tried others before as manduka eko superlight travel mat but have to return it cause it was too slippery. If your hands sweat this mat is what you are looking for

GREAT yoga mat, purchased this as a middle ground between the Liforme mat and the cheaper mats as this ticked the middle price ground.Can highly recommend this mat - i LOVE having a patterned mat and the colours on this are really vibrant.The fabric of the mat surprised me...its almost a suede feel which is perfect for extra grip and doesn't get slippy when i do hot yoga!Someone i spoke to in my class put her Geo Combo mat in the washing machine, i haven't tried this but she does it regularly to clean it!

I love my yoga mat! It is soft and when sprayed with some water before and or during practice it is has a lot of grip. I recommend to anyone!
