Great Addition To My Practice.
I ended up not liking the experience of the plastic beads, but it was simple to remove them and replace the beads with flax seeds. I highly recommend the flax filled pillow instead of this one.

Easy to Wash
I love the beads because I don't need to remove them before hand-washing, like I would with the flax or herbal eye pillows.
