Hugger Mugger Yoga Shorts are handcrafted for yoga practice. The leg bands gently hug your thighs for a non-revealing fit, especially in forward bends and wide-stance poses. They feature a non-roll elastic waistband, and are a favorite of Anusara and Iyengar yogis.
Small: waist size 24"-26" (61 cm-66 cm)
Medium: waist size 27"-29" (69 cm-74 cm)
Large: waist size 30"-32" (76 cm-82 cm)
Extra Large: waist size 33"-35" (84 cm-89 cm)

Good Quality Pune Yoga Shorts
I really like these Puna knickers. So much so that I had my pick 4 pair up for my when she was abroad in California. Two improvements I would like is a retailer in the UK and more colour choices. The shipping cost from the US to the UK are as much as the shorts. I will only buy them if I can have her bring them back to save the shipping costs.

Very comfortable
Seemed small at first (44 inch waist). Once I put them on around the house I found them quite comfortable and wore them all day. I am a little embarrassed to wear them at the gym. But thats ok. I do at yoga at home and I will certainly buy another pair.

Size Uncertainty
This is a unisex clothing item. That made it hard to decide what size to order. Although I normally would have ordered medium initially, I ordered small this time since I am female. I thought that would be equal to a men's small. Wrong. I should have ordered the medium. Other than that, no complaints.

The are excellent shorts for yoga. Loose fit, grip to thighs adequately. Movement during practice is unencumbered.

Great Shorts
I love the shorts, they seemed a little unusual at first but so very comfortable. Had difficulty finding sizing on but called, staff very helpful and nice. I would not have bought them with the free shipping because shipping was so high.

Great source for Pune Shorts
These are the traditional yoga short for Iyengar Yogis and the Hugger Mugger is a nice option. Fits well in XL for size 16 womans body. Great option if you don't want to order from overseas.

Great but what happened to the colours
I bought a pair of these in purple many years ago. I ma a yoga tecaher and have tried many types of shorts. They are the best yoga shorts I have ever owned for fit, quality, long-lastingness. Such a shame you stopped making them in different colours! Black is the worst colour for a yoga teacher as students can just see shadow and no detail.
