This multi-purpose bolster has a rectangular shape with a flat top and bottom for stability. It is a favorite for supporting the torso in reclining poses, twists, Child’s Pose, seated forward bends, and more. It can be used to elevate the hips in seated poses, Pigeon Pose, and Bridge Pose, and as a cushion in seated poses or meditation. The Standard Bolster’s flat shape balances well on top of blocks for reclining poses and Stonehenge.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean surface using liquid hand soap and water (1:9 ratio). Wipe with a clean, damp cloth to get rid of any excess soap, let dry.
To prolong the life of the fabric, the bolster should be rinsed off with a wet cloth if using disinfectant cleaners and/or wipes.
Wipe off spills when they occur.
We do not recommend removing the cover, it has a tight fit that is essential to the support the bolster provides.

This bolster is amazing. I was skeptical at first about the fabric but wanted something that I could wipe down. I was worried it would be like sticky or something--it's not! I wish I had ordered more of these instead of the cloth ones haha. But the cloth ones are also great too!!!

Amazingly Soft, Truly is Easy to Clean!
I love the whole feel of this bolster. I have two of the printed bolsters from Hugger Mugger already which I love, but I really really love how this one IS so easy to wipe down and clean! The texture of the bolster surface is also way softer than I expected and feels really nice!!

Great But A Little Stinky
I have a dust mite allergy, so any bolster that can’t be washed regularly doesn’t work for me. Overall the EZ Clean Bolster is great - the shape and firmness are identical to the cotton cover bolsters, and the vinyl itself is soft and comfortable to the touch. Knocking off one start because it has a chemical smell that didn’t go away after wiping down.
