Exactly What I Was Looking For!
The only thing I didn't like about them was the off-gassing, which took only a day.

Only One Block
When I ordered this I did not realize that there is only one block and you have to pay 28 dollars for two blocks besides this inconvenience it is a great product.

Great for Seated Lift
This block isn't much different from the others, but I like the 3 inches for a smaller seated lift in Ashtanga.
