YDL Yoga Strap - Best For Stretching, Pilates, Physical Therapy

This is an excellent strap!!! The material makeup of the strap is sturdy but yet very flexible and smooth on the soles of your feet, especially if you are really into yoga and stretching as I am. I just didn't like the yoga straps at the gyms so I decided to buy my own and I'm so glad I did. The price for the strap is very reasonable and you can see what you get for the money that ends up being a worthwhile purchase.

Vibrant and beautiful design. My body craves stretching and muscle release from some of my more intense workouts so this has been a wonderful aid and reminder to even out that balance between strength and stretch. The band is strong enough to help me with even my tightest of hamstrings.
