YDL Yoga Bolster - Our Restorative, Eco-Friendly Pillow

As a certified yoga instructor, I've found this bolster to be all that I'd hoped for. It's durable as I transport it to and from classes. It's the perfect amount of support and firmness and the pop of color has been a huge hit.

It has a convenient carrying handle. The makers add that it will provide comfort in use, durability, a non-slip grip: It makes a Pilates pillow; meditation cushion or yoga wedge. And, the makers add, it is designed to last, at home or in the most rigorous gym conditions. Its cover is machine washable. Finally, the makers state that $1 of each mat purchase goes to support Urban Youth Yoga Programs.You don't need me to tell you that there's a pretty print on the cover of this cushion, you can see that in the picture. But what you can't tell from the thumbnail picture is that this cushion is much bigger than it appears: so, let me tell you it is 2' long high. It is, in fact, an under the knees/legs bolster. It is much bigger than anything you could/would put in a tote bag to take to yoga. So, unless you do your yoga at home, it's not usable. Perhaps kept at the gym/studio. Or, facialists/masseuses might find it handy, although in my experience, they usually have tables that automatically provide under knee support.

Great support in this bolster, it's firm & seems like it will last for years to come. The material is soft & I love the design. I do wish it had handles on both ends, but it's not a deal breaker.

It's a beautiful pillow, the colors are bright and true to the photos online! The outside material is very soft and smooth. It does pick up dirt a bit when on the floor, but easily brushes off. It is a bit firm, and I was worried about this at first, but once I used it I really appreciated it. It was AMAZING as a bolster when lying down on my back, and opening my chest. I got the matching yoga strap, which is fantastic too! Love it!!
