Surprisingly Effective: Great for Back Relief and Well-Constructed!
I got this not knowing if I was going to even use it. But I did use it and my back feels great. I tend to get sore I my mid back when doing dishes or gardening. But since rolling my back out on the wheel a couple times a week, I feel great. I liked this one cause of the price point compared to others. It is well constructed and looks nice.

I love this wheel ! This was something I just had to try. It's a very strong wheel and I've used it in so many different ways. For strength building and for stretching/advancing my range of mobility. It's also very unique, the design is beautiful. I've already purchased a second one for a friend. When picking a wheel yoga design lab seems like an amazing choice. As someone who lives a very active lifestyle teaching yoga, barre fitness, Zumba, and burlesque I've become quite picky with the props I use but this wheel is amazing and more than just a prop . Can't wait to incorporate this wheel into many aspects of my practices. Best wheel I've used! Will own this for a long time.
