    This Yoga wheel has really helped me with stretching my back and legs. I always feel better after using this yoga wheel to help relieve tension. While sceptical at first, I started slowly, didn't attempt anything too crazy and listened to what my body was telling me. I felt relaxed and amazing after my first session with the wheel! I am at a beginner level with yoga, but I see how this wheel could also benefit people who are more advanced in their yoga practise.

    Beautiful yoga wheel. Happy with this unique piece to add to my exercise. It takes some getting use to if you are stiff but I like it.

    This cork wheel is so stylish and comfortable. It's the highest quality wheel I've used. I was initially weary of the cork, but it supports well and offers a comfortable compliment as the wheel lining! I highly recommend buying Yoga Design Lab products especially the cork wheel!
