YDL Combo Yoga Mat - 2-in-1 (Mat + Towel) - Best For Hot Practices

I had lots of questions and compliments at yoga classes this weekend. I brought a small spritzer of rose water so added bonus aroma therapy. Glad that was part of the instructions to spray with water if your hands were dry to avoid slipping. Would not have been an issue this summer but is now. Love it!

Much better quality than my previous Yoga Mat. This product is functional from day one, there wasn't film or chemicals on the surface of the mat. I found in the past I've had to scrub / clean a yoga mat to make it less slippy when its brand new. One thing to note, this mat is not as thick as other mats I've used, there is less foam like give, its more of a hard surface style. I like it better that way as my bones and feet make better contact and it helps with my alignment while I practice. Beautiful mat. Lays completely flat every time, does not curl up when you roll it out. I spray it lightly with water where my hands and feet will go in Down Dog before class. Have only used it during hot yoga (not my fave style, but it's all that is around where I live) and it holds up great. I haven't put it in the washing machine yet. Nervous about that because I have the old top-load style with the agitator thing. What I do is take it in the shower with me, unrolled, drop it on the floor of the shower, and let the shampoo and soap fall off me during my shower and then hold it up under the shower head and rinse it completely after I'm done showering. Hang it up on a drying rack and roll it back up. So far so good. It's so pretty, very soft and comfortable. I really like it. Would definitely recommend it.
