I love this mat for hot yoga! It is true you need to spray it a bit to get the best grip. I just bring a small spray bottle of water with a few drops of essential oil to get the main gripping points of hands and feet a bit damp before my practice. The mat is so soft with ample cushion but rolls up thinner than my regular mat. There are so many nice prints, it was hard to choose one! I'm glad I got this one because of the symmetrical pattern. It makes it easy to get an even placement for my hands and feet. Love that I don't need to use the regular met and towel. Absorbency is impressive too. Highly recommend this mat!

This mat has been wonderful for me. I love how soft it is, and the symmetrical mandala design helps me pay attention to my alignment.When I first got it and unwrapped it, the rubber smell was super strong, but it only took a few days to air out. No smell to it now. Love love love it!
