Great construction and extremely comfortable mat that is well designed for those of us that can really let the sweat flow. Not overly thick, but plenty of cushion for even a hard floor underneath. Great uncomplicated carry strap too!

I love this mat. My hands tend to get sweaty very quickly in my practice and this mat has been a godsend. I don't feel unstable any more, and it's super soft, and also lovely to look at. I like the pattern on the maze one because I can use the lines for alignment. The mat is heavy so it doesn't shift around and thick enough to cushion while firm enough for stability. I also love the fact that it is eco-friendly. Highly recommend.I have several products from this company and I love them all. This is my home mat and I also have a travel mat (which is my favorite as you can put it over studio mats), and a towel. All in different fun patterns.

This mat is a little thicker than the other mat I own from YDL. I LOVE these mats. They are great for people who sweat a little more than others in normal flow classes, but PERFECT for hot yoga. I highly recommend this mat!

I love this mat. It is my second one (due to a mishap with some paint at work!). The mat is durable, it washes easily (just hang dry) and I have no slipping issues when practicing/sweating. If it is a very dry time of the year and you start to slip, just sprinkle/spray on some water to creat the non-resistance.

Used this in my first yoga session recently after being recommended the mat by my partner, I am 6ft 3 and the size was perfect. The grip increased further into the session, making some of the more advanced moves easier to maintain.

Mat arrived quickly and I absolutely love it. I was debating buying this for a long time and don't regret my decision. Fantastic quality. Brilliant for travel.
