YDL Combo Yoga Mat - 2-in-1 (Mat + Towel) - Best For Hot Practices

Love these mats. I use it in a very sweaty hot yoga class and never slip or have the need for another towel. I wet it like you would a towel to start class and it is fine the rest of the class. I bought one and ended up buying another to alternate with sometimes i leave it so sweaty that it is still wet the next day. About once a month I wash it in the tub and air dry it. I use a mix of water, witch hazel, and tea tree oil on it after each session to keep it smelling fresh.

I bought this for my fiance to use for her hot yoga classes. She's always had a mat and then a separate top for hot yoga and she loves this one that combines both into one and can all go in the washer. She said it doesn't slip at all once you get sweaty but it's best if you spray water on it when you start class so it grips well. She also said she absolutely loves the color. Overall, it's been a hit! The only possible thing to note is it's only 3mm in thickness and they don't offer a 5mm option, which my fiance prefers but it hasn't stopped her from using it.

I looked around for a great yoga mat and I am very satisfied with this one! Great grip and you can make the mat moist for a change in grip (e.g. if your hands don't sweat enough for grip). Getting lots of compliments about it too.

Looks and feels great. Still needs to be put through the Hot Yoga test.....
