If you need a mat for hot yoga or just to stop slipping this is the mat you want. I spent so much money on "hot yoga" mats that were pathetically incompetent. No, this one isn't cheap but it's the last one you will buy so it's worth every penny. I will never use another brand.

I am very pleased with this colorful mat which does not slide much while exercising.

Its perfect so far. One of the only mats that are "Really" non slip! I hope it lasts for a while.

Great for hot yoga! Absorbs a lot of sweat and grips well. I've washed in washer 3x so far and it doesn't curl and holds up well!
