Awesome, firm bolster!
I bought this a few weeks ago and absolutely love it so far. I’m pretty tall, and this has plenty of length to use along my spine for support. I also use it for meditating every morning in lieu of a cushion, and that’s been great! I was deciding between this and the Enlight by Manduka. While Manduka has a much softer outer material, this is way more firm and long lasting. It works great for supporting yin and restorative poses as well! I love it!

Great for back pain relief
I use these under my legs at night for lower back pain relief and I wake up with no pain or stiffness. I also use these for yoga meditation.
