The Standard Yoga Bolster is a great size to start with if you are new to yoga bolsters. This multi-purpose bolster has a rectangular shape with a flat top and bottom for stability.

The Standard Bolster is a favorite for supporting the torso in reclining poses, twists, Child's Pose, seated forward bends, and more. It can be used to elevate the hips in seated poses, Pigeon Pose, and Bridge Pose, and as a cushion in seated poses. The Standard Bolster's flat shape balances well on top of blocks for reclining poses and Stonehenge.

    I got the standard bolster in black and it's lovely. The filling is firm and supportive. The fabric is a thick, high-quality fabric. The craftsmanship is high-quality as well (I love knowing it was made in the US). I know this bolster will support my restorative and yin yoga practices for years to come!

    I've used these bolsters at yoga classes and now I'm so happy to have it at home. I love the new Rain color, but it does show lint more than the darker colors I've used in studio.

    This yoga bolster is amazing in every way. The fabric is soft and strong. The fill is firm and supportive. This bolster has improved my restorative yoga flow and my meditation practice. Wonderful quality. I strongly recommend this product and will purchase again in the future.

    I got the standard bolster and the level of relaxation it provides is simply amazing, size is great and I love the Rain color it comes in. Restorative yoga is so much needed nowadays. Thank you for a wonderful product.
