CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

To clean, use a mat wash or wipe the surface down with a warm, wet towel. Air-dry out of direct sunlight. Do not machine wash or soak in water. Color will fade if kept in direct sunlight.

Some people can be sensitive to the smell of natural rubber. It will become less noticeable after the mat has been aired out and wiped down for a few days, and will continue to dissipate over time.

    Great Mat. Pleased with Purchase.

Posted by Dominick on Apr 30th 2020

The mat is very cushioned and very grippy. My wife has an older version of this same mat, and this one seems thicker; though whether that's because they changed the design or simply because it's a new versus an old mat we are unsure. Very pleased with the mat.

    Love This Mat!

Posted by Diane on Apr 24th 2020

I just bought this yoga mat after having had a Manduka mat for 20 years. I LOVE this mat for multiple reasons - first, love the color. It's bright, happy and light. IT's great for videos against dark clothing. I appreciate the thickness of the mat on my wood floor, also LOVE the stickiness of it. Sticky in a good way helping me stabilize my poses and feel strong and confident. I teach yoga, and have taught for 20 years. THIS is an amazing mat and I know I'll have it for a long time. Thank you!

    Good for Yoga

Posted by barb on Apr 2nd 2020

Nice mat for yoga as it is non slip. I have a old Hugger Mugger yoga mat that I have used to 10 years - 5 days a week. I would have like to have more color choices. My old mat is also about 3-4" wider which is def. a plus. I prefer my old mat but you don't offer it anymore.

    Great Mat

I was a little hesitant to purchase because of reviews concerned with rubber odor because I have a freakishly keen sense of smell. Good news is although there is an odor, it's not so unpleasant as to distract me. It's not like rubber tire smell, it's a bit earthier to me, but probably something everyone has to decide for themselves. Since it's super comfy and plenty grippy, I'm glad I bought it.

    It’s a Keeper

Posted by ZinziYogini on Jan 8th 2020

I was hesitant to purchase the mat because of the rubber, I was concerned it would smell for months, but I talked with a rep who sent me a sample and was relieved that there was an odor but it was hardly noticeable. When I ordered the mat, it arrived quickly, even with the standard shipping. I like the weight of the mat, reminded me of my Manduka Pro in that way. I ordered the Juniper color, which isn’t as striated with color as the other color options are, but I kind of like that about it. I’m not usually this shallow, but the color is what drew me to the mat in the first place. I redesigned my home studio and my Type A likes everything to match! What I like most is the cushion of the mat: though it’s gentle on my knees, it’s still sturdy for my wrists AND, the mat doesn’t stretch like my Jade mat did, which I am so glad about because I didn’t like that about the Jade. I don’t sweat much when I practice so I’m not sure how it would hold up in a hot Yoga class, but I don’t feel my hands or feet sliding in any asana. It’s super easy to clean, I literally shake the dog hair off of it, lol, and wipe it with homemade essential oil mat spray and víola! The rubbery scent is already disappearing with daily use and the mat spray, I’ve had it for two weeks. It’s a keeper :-)

    The Best Mat Ever

INSTANT GECKO MAGIC POWERS. NAMASTE! Thank you for creating such an amazing mat!!!! I love this mat so much! This mat was how I found Hugger Mugger! I have used other big name brands for years... and when I found this mat I knew that my life would be forever changed. I will ALWAYS use Para Rubber from now on! I use this mat 8 times a week and it only gets better.

    No Grip

    Posted by Suze1610 on Apr 13th 2019

No grip, and very disappointing. As soon as we warmed up and got a little sweaty in the vinyasa class, I was sliding everywhere. I had zero grip even in down dog. Very very disappointing and dissatisfied.
