Journey Yoga Mat Bag

Great bag, BUT it did not fit my 85 inch Maduka mat! It was about a 1/2 inch too short! I returned it, BUT if I ever have a smaller mat I will purchase this bag!

This is the BEST yoga bag! Not the prettiest color, but really the functionality of the bag totally makes up for that. I really liked this when I saw it online, but was afraid it would be too big. Ha, no such thing - yes its bigger than most mat bags and sort of looks more like a gym bag but I LOVE IT! My mat fits perfectly inside along with my yoga block and strap. And there is still room for a water bottle, sweatshirt or wrap, small purse or wallet. There's a great zipper compartment on the outside of the bag for wallet, keys, phone. The carrying strap is adjustable. This is very well constructed. The material is heavy duty and will be easy to spot clean. This bag was well worth the money and it will last a lifetime. So glad I found this.

I was on line for WEEKS looking for a bag big enough to hold my mat (inside) along with blocks, straps, water bottle, etc. I finally looked at the bag I was replacing (which I should have taken a picture of when I tossed it into the garbage) and it was indeed a Hugger Mugger too. It was a plastic woven bag which held all those items but literally came apart after years of use, and all my yoga friends kept telling me that I needed a new bag. They now tell me that I look like an instructor with this FABULOUS replacement bag. Thank you for this incredible product.

Love being able to pack all yoga essentials in one bag and keep it in the car ready to go.

I'm so glad that Hugger Mugger has brought back the Journey Bag! I was very disappointed when they phased it out several years ago. I used my old one until it was literally falling apart and recently a friend gave me her old one that still had a little life left in it. I'm a yoga instructor and the Journey Bag is by far the best designed bag I've used. It's just the right size for carrying my mat, a couple of blocks, a strap and a blanket, as well as all the other "stuff" that I need when I travel between different studios. The pockets and compartments keep a water bottle, keys, and other smaller items contained. It's just a great bag!

I love my bag it makes it so easy to put everything in if were traveling to a class or traveling out of town I can bring my things and it's very stylish .

Years ago I was so disappointed when HM discontinued a version of this bag that I went to students and offered to purchase their bags back so I'd have a spare. I use one now that I bought from a student over 5 years ago. As a yoga teacher I use my bag just about every day. Plus, I overload my bag and still it wears well even when fully packed. This bag is so efficient in storage and keeping things easy to find with pockets and added dividers. The zippered pockets inside and out keep even small things like keys in place. Thrilled to have this bag back to buy!
